8 years, 2 friends, 1 big dream turned reality.

Back in 2011, Alaina and Danielle were a couple of gals with creative degrees and full-time jobs who met over coffee and an idea (our favorite kind of launch story). They were bloggers seeking a way to inspire creative, career-driven women who were trying - like they were - to figure “it all” out.

They hustled, invested, hopped cheap flights and slept on the floor of a vacant apartment… and in 2012 they launched their site with more than 11,000 visitors on the first day. Not long after that, it was named by Forbes as a top 10 site for millennial women. Eight years later, The Everygirl is a phenomenal site with more than a million monthly visitors and 852,000 followers on Instagram. And in 2018, these two powerhouses launched The Everymom as they transitioned into motherhood… and they show no signs of slowing down.

Alaina is a Chicago native who still maintains her (evolved) blog Elizabeth Street Post, while Danielle was born and raised in Los Angeles and blogs at Danielle Moss (where she recently announced a collab with Cheerily). Go creep their awesome live-work space and get excited to meet them IRL!

We can’t wait for you to hear the story of how their big dreams, work ethic and friendship led to an incredible lifestyle brand.
